This costume was designed for burlesque star Miss Honey Lulu’s legendary ‘Storm in a Teacup’ themed show, in which Honey bathes in milk, frolicking in her giant teacup!
The English rose themed costume consists of a broderie anglaise corset with swarovski zipper opening and matching tulle flared skirt with discreet side zipper.
The show & costume caused a stir and have been making burlesque headlines!

A costume commissioned for a German cabaret inspired burlesque striptease/fire show, consisting of a black satin vintage style long-line bullet bra with white stitching detail, matching deep knickers with detachable suspenders and a tuxedo ruffle corset-all in one bodysuit, with front ruffles and lace detail panel. The corset bodysuit is a fully boned custom corset with back lacing and has a discreet side zip opening for easy removal on stage.
The outfit is completed with a shimmering black sequined showgirl tailcoat.

A costume commissioned by the impeccably dressed Kezia, the brief was for a harlequin Latex playsuit. Kezia has beautifully styled the playsuit on different occasions to transform it from circus harlequin to Easter egg harlequin!

Miia wanted a Poison Ivy inspired corset and bra to match the leggings & gloves that she already had. The brief was for a costume that could be worn out partying, with removable ivy so the corset could be worn separately and styled for different outfits. The custom made corset is lined in luxurious red silk satin with removable red ribbon lacing.

These Latex air stewardess costumes were designed as walkabout characters for Brighton’s gay pride festival 2008, the theme being ‘pride around the world’.
The top has a neck scarf fastening with ‘Rubb-Air’ logo on the front & back, matching hot-pants, gloves, cap’s and ‘Jetsons’ inspired hoop skirt.
The Rubb-Air stewardesses have been spotted flying high around numerous festivals and events ever since!

This promotional Easter-themed corset design is made in cotton gingham with matching halter-tie bra and bloomers.

This project was a very happy combination of a couple of Lady Lucie favourite things – luxury chocolate & corsets! Rococo brought samples of their signature print fabric to have two promotional corsets designed and made. The corset design worked around maximising the potential of the fabric print, painstakingly selecting fabric patterns and matching panels so they appeared seamless.

The corsets were made to reflect Rococo’s decadent feel with ruffle trim, gold plated busks and matching bra and bloomers in silk satin.

In addition to their brilliant taste in designers Rococo comes highly recommended for pure, unadulterated chocolate pleasure!

Polly’s brief started with her Mum’s wedding dress, wanting to include something of the original dress in her wedding dress. The dress was re-designed to suit Polly’s personality; something theatrical, unique and quirky. The skirt with lace was redesigned to add Stewart Tartan silk ruffles, and a sweetheart corset with ribbon flower corsage was custom made with asymmetric lacing detail leading to a train of ribbon flowers cascading down the back of the skirt.

The beautiful summer wedding was featured in a Cosmopolitan Bride magazine article about ‘gorgeous real weddings’

This costume was commissioned for Trixee’s classic burlesque striptease show, with a chic, Parisian, elegant theme. Black lace, satin, bows and jet beading were overlaid on mink silk satin for the corset with ribbon ruffle suspenders, halter-neck bra and knickers. Completed with a full tulle net skirt.

This Victorian inspired costume was made to Honey’s brief for her ‘Strumpet’ burlesque show.
Baby blue & cream jacquard fabric & silk satin was used for the longline Corset, matching balcony bra and peephole bloomers. A long silk taffeta bustle skirt completes the costume.

A Valentines themed outfit, designed for elegant burlesque singer Polly Rae. The front panels of the halter-neck corset were transformed into a heart shape. A matching stretch duchesse satin wiggle skirt with tulle flare from the knee and bow detail perfects this glamorous ensemble.

Designed for 2008 collection ‘Naughtical’ this sailor chic inspired gown fastens at the back with metres of bondage rope.
