Includes our Pierrot Ruff and Pierrot Cuffs, with intricate pleated detail and single popper fastenings.
The collar and is made using the thickest grade latex with pleating in a finer gauge so the ruffles sit just right.
Contrasting edging trim is applied to the outside and inside, for a fully finished look.
